Professor Mary Marshall

Those taking part in the project included Professor Mary Marshall, founder director of the Dementia Services Development Centre, whose pioneering work is recognised by the people with dementia in the book and the film.

The launch took place with a Zoom seminar including many well-known faces in dementia activism.   It was such a pleasure to be together and see everyone again, especially during the lockdown.

The creation of the book was funded by the Life Changes Trust dementia programme, which is led by Anna Buchanan.

It was authored by Philly Hare of Innovations in Dementia.
